Background
To associate data with a specific patient profile, the start and end time of the measurement period must be known. This measurement period must be entered with the relevant patient profile, so that the measured data on the sensor is matched with the correct patient profile.
Guide to entering start and end times
It is important to set the start and end time of the measurement period for the respective patient profiles, otherwise it can be difficult to see which data belongs to which patient. If the same sensor has been used for e.g. 10 different patients/test persons, the sensor has measured a lot of data, which can be confusing to associate without a start and end time.
Follow the guide below to set the start and end time in the web application:
1) Press the Edit button on the Patient overview.
2) Press "Edit" on the patient you want to enter the start and end time for.
3) Find the heading "Monitoring period". Enter the start and end time here. There are different options for the entry:
For the start time the following 3 options can be selected:
For the end time, the following 4 options can be selected:
Not defined yet: If the measurement period is not known yet, set the time to "Not defined yet". In this case, it is important to return later to edit the patient and manually enter the correct dates for the measurement period under 'Specific time'.
Expected period: An expected measurement period can also be entered, without the end time being known. Again, it is important to return and enter the correct dates under 'Specific time'. It is always possible to change the end time, should the expected number of days change along the way.
Specific time: If the specific start and end time are entered, the data from the sensor will be stored correctly on the patient profile. For the specific time, both a date and a time must be selected. When both times are entered it should look like the following:
